"When we moved to State College, we planned to rent for only one year before purchasing a home. After twelve years, we are still living at Turtle Creek for many reasons. Most importantly, the location is ideal. Penn State is only a five minute drive from Toftrees, the University can also be reached by way of biking and a walking trail which starts nearby. In spite of its closeness to Penn State and town, Toftrees still gives a feeling of living in the country with its wooded setting surrounded by State Game Lands and a golf course. Toftrees friendly rental staff works very hard to make it a great place to call home in State College."

My front door opens onto a landscaped courtyard and you have your patio off sliding glass doors. There is easy, convenient access to the University, shopping, neighborhood restaurants and even major highways. Another key for me is the rental office and maintenance staff who are reliable and trustworthy and always do their best to assure our living comfort.
