“When we moved to State College, we planned to rent for only one year before purchasing a home. After twelve years, we are still living at Turtle Creek for many reasons. Most importantly, the location is ideal. Penn State is only a five minute drive from Toftrees, the University can also be reached by way of biking and a walking trail which starts nearby. In spite of its closeness to Penn State and town, Toftrees still gives a feeling of living in the country with its wooded setting surrounded by State Game Lands and a golf course. Toftrees friendly rental staff works very hard to make it a great place to call home in State College.”
