Toftrees has something for everyone.
The ages of our residents range from newborns to over ninety years old and everything in between. We also allow pets, although there are special rules for pet occupied apartments.
At our Toftrees apartments you will find a great country setting, yet we are only minutes from The Penn State campus and downtown State College.
Our Properties.
You can choose from ten different floor plans in a variety of apartment sizes with a choice to fit your specific housing budget. We even have some apartment complexes where all your utilities are included – you write one check per month
At Cooper’s Pond and Turtle Creek we have, top-quality appliances. In most other apartment complexes the dishwasher, range, oven and refrigerator are the low-cost type referred to as “builder’s quality”. At Cooper’s Pond and Turtle Creek our appliances are the same as you would find in homes costing more than $300,000. For example, our refrigerators have glass shelves (not wire) and have a full width freezer shelf and extra door storage. The dishwashers have a Power Scrub Wash System, deluxe racks and there are twenty-two different washing options — not the typical four or five. Best of all our new ranges and ovens feature “Smart Logic” electronic controls, a super large capacity, and each oven is self-cleaning (no more scrubbing). Additionally, many of our residences have built-in microwaves featuring a 1.4 cubic foot capacity. Ask our rental staff about the different options available.

Cooper’s Pond offers four different floor plans in 2 and 3-bedroom townhomes at reasonable rates.
Turtle Creek Apartments
The Turtle Creek complex has nine separate apartment buildings and is adjacent to the nationally known Toftrees golf course.
